i think your steering magnet came loose or you got debris under the chassis that's sticking to the steering magnet. either that or you are standing on your head. i would see if any of those apply.

i'm t1 and it loads slow. the back rutter doesn't move it around. something inside the heli slides left and right and causes the weight to shift making it turn. looks like you could have some fun...
