2 cell mod done

The daul cell mod was kicking my ass for a while,but I won. Now the only problem is that I cannot restore the PCB to its origanal location with the new battery underneath it. Any idea's on what to do? Also how should I make a charger and how long to charge? What kind of improvements should I see on my 2.2 motor's performance? Thanks for your help. Oh yeah, if the car runs with both batteries in, that means I did everything right, right?
