FWD=Front wheel Drive, which is a type of 2 wheel drive.
RWD=Rear Wheel Drive, another type of 2 wheel drive
AWD=All 4 wheels get power, but it is different from 4x4

You can get an aftermarket servo, but then you have to worry about how to hook it up to the stock electronics.
