Throttle hesitation - normal?
I have noticed that there seems to be some hesitation in the car's response to throttle input. When throwing the throttle trigger, either in forward or reverse, it seems take a second or so before the car responds to that signal input. Is this normal for the stock motor and electronics and is there some adjustment(s), mod(s), or fix(es) to get the car to respond quicker to signal input?
Thanks,
N-Hawk
P.S. Hmm... Should I have put this in "Mods" or "Science"? Sorry if it's in the wrong spot.

Hi, Well first..the best place to put a thread like this is just in the XMOD forum; Either way its fine. You'll just get look's over there. As for the problem, You may want to check your antenna wire connection. See if its soldered onto the board good and see if the wire is connected to the metal connectors good. Also make sure its screwed down good. Besides that, you may have some interference from your surroundings like microwaves or something like that. It can also be a electronic problem but im not too sure what you can check for that. I had some problems like this but it was my antenna not being connected to the metal connector well enough; I simply soldered it and I was on my way. I hope some of this helps, good luck - Dean

the antenna wire might be touching another wire...that may cause interference.

The antenna wire could have been rubbed bare and could be touching something causing a short that interfers with the reception... Check the wire for bare spots and also check the connection of the antenna... Also check to see if the steering range is turned up all the way...(little black knob above your hand when holding controller pistol style) turn it to the right till it won't go anymore... Thats just some suggestions....
