Well you dont have to believe me at all, but when i look at our shipping sheet it says, SKU: 600.8006 which is the Red Toyota Supra it clearly states DIS for Discontinued. So think what you want.

Try shifting the weight towards the back of the motor, so the brass pinion is up from the plastic gear, that should relieve some stress. And if that doesnt work then I would remove the Motor mount...

Disadvantage: With most of them you need to custom fabricate them to the XMOD chassis, which in some cases can be a mess...

You wont really see too big of a boost in overall speed with NiMH batteries, with a six cell I would say maybe a decent boost in speed and torque. But if you really want to see a very big improvment...
