Slot Car Motors
I recently got into slot car racing, and the motors we use to race them are the same motors we all use in xmods. Here is a site that sells good slot car motors, Look at the JK Falcon III, its turnin at 46,000RPM. Don;t have one yet, but my slot car and my XMOD will have one. The only thing is that slot cars use the opposite end we use, unless it is a shaft drive from the front. Heres the site

slot car motors are made for 12v I believe, that could be a problem, also a 46,000rpm motor means NOTHING, i had a 35,000rpm okami fence racer motor in mine, and even getting twice the voltage(4batt vs. 2bat in fence racers) I didn't have the torque to even turn the wheels. RPMs are nice but they're only half the equation. and torque isn't all that either, it's when you balence them well that you can make serious power. I used a PN raceing 28t armature with a Squat ball bering motor can and magnets from a Tamiya Mach Dash mini 4wd (fence racer) motor with awsome results surpassed only by my bigger 180 motor (stock is a 130 size) also I woulden't suggest trying neo magnets with a low turn armiture, awsome torque once it starts but you often have to get it started. so after that if you don't understand what I said (very possible as I tend to ramble) in my experence the key is balence. I may try to build my own 180 size when I can and see what i can do. I will post if I do.
