Exclamation Trouble w/ bit steering...

Even with a full charge my bit seems to not want to steer. It steers good one way, but has trouble in the other direction. I've tried adjusted the little white slider on the bottom, but it didn't...

My new fairlady is having a little problem. The car will only work when it's snapped into the charging station. What's going on??? I'm sure this has happened to other folks.
