After some consideration, I (personally) will not be experimenting with the magnets as landmines for the Combat DigiQs. The 'effect' of being hit after running over a magnet could actually be a NEGATIVE reaction. Until Takara/Konami says they intended the effect, I'll be keeping my tanks away from magnets

That's right, a little 'secret' is that use can use small magnets to simulate land mines! If the tanks travel over the magnets, it registers as a hit!! COOOL! Read about it in the Combat DigiQ FAQ

New info about the Combat DigiQ Tanks; a poster on the MicroRCcars forum received his Tank and we now know a few things for sure...
- The Turret is NOT remote controllable. You can manually turn them, but not from the remote
- They can take on high angle climbs, as much as 60°!
- On the controller, the left stick controls speed, the right stick controls left/right movement
