Looking for pics of a booster PCB

Basically what the title says, more specifically I want to see the wiring schematic... which wires from the motor connect to which places on th PCB, any xtra wires attached to the PCB that enable the boost yada yada yada.
Any assistance would be appreciated
Thanks

Sweet man thanks! I'll tell you what I'm thinking, recently I tore apart my Wild Char-g and removed all the 'Gimmick' and all of it's wieghing down components in to lighten the chassis. Now I've heard that the PCB in the Wild is that of a booster... so hopefully this is true and I can make my Wild Char-g a little Wilder.

i have booster car & multi controller
when used with wild c/g you have 2 speed

can take pics but what exactly do you need (top or bottom of pcb)

Ok so let me get this straight, when you use the multi-controller with the Wild it has two-speed capability already or did you mean that the boost button on the multi-controller controls the gimmick?

And to answer your question; probably top and bottom would be great!

Thanks,
B

yes it is already 2 speed
the boost controler does both weapon & boost but not at same time
the switch on back of controller has A B C on it
A = does nothing to WCG
B = works WCGas 2 speed (forward =half speed. turbo button makes it go flat out)
C = forward button goes flat out (turbo button works weapon)

i tried pics but they didn't come out very good sorry

Hmm then my theory won't work, I thought that there was something to alter on the PCB in the car... but from what your saying it's got something to do with the controller instead.
Now what exactly does the A,B and C function dictate, does it slightly alter the freq. to make the boost/gimmick work or not work?
My intention was to make the neccesary adjustments to the PCB to enable the boost function with use of the stock Wild controller. Maybe something could be done to the controller PCB instead... damn I gotta think about this, if you guys have any thoughts then by all means post them.

Thanks for the pic baggy!

Can be done by modding the TX. One of my Wild TXs now has a booster function via the "action" button like on the booster controllers. A full-time boost toggle switch. AND a seperate action button. Will also control a booster machine car with 2 speeds. The "action" button function may also work on the booster machine RX, but I have not confirmed this. Spent about 3-4 evenings with a DMM, data sheets, and soldering iron to figure it out. But I don't feel like sharing right now.

Then you shouldn't have bothered posting a reply, it's a poor attitude to have!

Believe me my statement wasn't to try and persuade you otherwise tiberius, your intentions were evident in the negative reply you previously posted. So again I say, don't bother posting a reply.

Tiberius didn't do what he said.

Anyone who discovers something usually takes pride in showing others.

The boosters use pwm, (pulse wave modulation), therefore only two wires that go to the motor, and to get the 2 speeds, the motor is either given full power, or pulsed to make it slow.

Therefore when you press boost, the motor gets full whack power, DOWN THE SAME WIRES.

It doesnt go down a separate wire, so u couldn't use the tool instead.

If you get what I mean1!

So, just because you can't figure out how it's done, it can't (or hasn't) been done huh?

Thanks guys! You have convinced me that I would be better off selling modded Wilds, rather than trying to post the mod and answer 10,000 questions that are already answered in the text. Untrue, you say? Check the Layman's dual cell mod thread and you will see what I mean.

True enough that it will be for sale as soon as I can get a pic hosted. Watch the FS/Trading forum.
