dual batt.
What exactly would I need to make a charger to charge a dual batt. zz.
How exactly would i do it.
Any advise would be helpful.

Get a 4aa cartridge from Radioshack with an on/off switch. Take the charging pad off your controller taking note of where the red and black wires were attached to. Take the red and black wire on the battery cartridge and solder it to the corresponding places. The charger is ready now. Secure the charging pad somewhere convenient.

It costs like 1-2 bucks. The red and black wires go in exact same spots were the red and black wires went inside your controller.
