Easy Mod: Extend charge plug by 2-1/2"
Was playing around with the Epoch Charger and wanted a closer peak at the innards.
To my surprise, there was about 2-1/2" of extra length on the charge plug coiled under the PCB!
Just pull out the slack, put it back together and you now have an extra 2-1/2" of length!
Nice and easy!

What's that mean, like get a better charge outta' the stock charger or something?
Pretty cool about the extra length on the cord though.

Nah, I was taking a closer peak at where I'd be snipping the charge cord, since I'll be using my Peak Charger when I upgrade to 4-cell 160mAH batts.

yeah I noticed that too, when I recieved my a/c adapter from Tiny.
the reason I had to crack it open was because it smelled like the board was burning... plus the case was really hot!
freaked me out, but it was fine. just was the product of the charger being run off a/c power for the first time... whew
|
