Mini-X Available for Pre-Order
The Mini-X is now available for Pre-Order:

We received one today and were shocked at just how great this little car is. The handling simply has to be experienced to be appreciated. This is not the inferior unit that some HK companies were selling, this is the full release product. Stay tuned for a full article on this car and the available hop-ups.

Nice to see the improved version available now in the States. Alot of prototypes got shipped here and got a bad rap! This is a good affordable car that can perform like a $350 mini Z with only $35 in hop ups!!! Buy a MiniX add bearings and the 7.2V battery and hold on to your transmitter! Your Mini Z transmitter will work with the X so purchase the car without the TX and spend the money you save on the hop-ups.

You say the mini-z transmitter will work with the mini-x. do you still need to buy a servo, receiver and speed control? Also tinyrc, if someone orders one of these, how soon will they get it?

You can purchase the Mini X RTR without the Transmitter. It comes with a clear body, ESC, RX, Mini servo and a crystal set. The RX is 27mhz as is the Mini z TX so you can use your Mini Z Transmitter just change the crystals.

Btman, we sell two versions, one that requires all electronics, the other that requires only a Tx. For the first orders, it will probably be about a week and a half. Once we have seen that people are interested enough, we will keep them in stock. Thanks!

TinyRC, I noticed that the description for the complete car mentions a crystal set. Can the frequency be specified when ordering? I have several cars that run on 27mhz and it would be nice to be able to use two cars at a time when friends come over.

If you list a few frequencies in the Notes field in order of pref. when checking out, we will try to send one that matches your selection. Thanks!
