Sigma Automotive is just plan...chitty! (<place mexican accent here)

I paied via money order.

So I check the bank after a week and they showed that the money had already been taken...no confirmation.

I posted in their forum and emailed them, after 2 days I got a response saying that the tracking number would come
"later today"

So...2 days later...still no tracking number in my inbox.

What should I do?

I'm never ordering from them again.

File a complaint with their customer service and tell them the situation. If they're a reputable comany, they'll fix the problem... Good Luck..

"IF" indeed. I was looking around their forums and another guy didn't get any confirmation on one of his orders placed the same day as mine. They are packing inconsistent with their business.

Anyways, like Payaso said, if they want to be a reputable company, they will try to fulfill your needs ASAP. Otherwise, then this post should be some thing like a warning to others about Sigma's customer service.

Their website looks nice, shouldn't their customer service be nice also; like TinyRC.com.

Yeah, it's situations like this that makes me KNOW why I ALWAYS use a Credit Card to buy everything.

I'm guessing you don't have a CC (hence using the Money Order)
