:ö: JTM,
if you plan to use that Radio Set for 1/87 scale TTTT, you'll be able to use the radio controller or the transmitter only... co'z the servo and the reciever included on the set are way too big for 1/87 scale, but if you are going to install in on a 1/10 that'll be fine.
Ask Arch2b, he knows where to find a good deal on electronics needed for a 1/87 rc truck.

as stated before, i found a guy that sold me the following for $123.00. he has stuff on ebay reglularly. you can email him for a custom package and his prices are good. what i got was atleast $20 cheaper than the next quote from an online store. he is generally good about replying to emails; Tlrascal@aol.com . this is probably your best source until TINYRC starts stocking GWS parts .

i'm posting pictures of the GWS package i got so you can see what it is as well, if you don't already know. the shipping to va was only $9.00.
the GWS custom starter set package (the blue battery packs are Lion 1800 mah battery upgrade for the tx for $15. he assured me i wouldn't need to charge it for a long, long time. when i've finished my TTTT and have played around with it, i'll know if it was worth it. if not, i'm sure i can find something else to use them for.
the GWS charger
