DigiQ-R turning front wheels... rear wheels...
Do the rear wheels still actually turn the cars on the digiQ-R's with the front turning wheels?

Yes.....
The front wheels now, assist more than before.....sort of like a better version of the Digi Q Formula.

YES,
The Digi Propo Special is a programable controller that enhances the performance of any Digi Q. (There are many detailed threads on this item)
The Digi Q-R is a car with an added feature. Either LED headlights of enhanced front steering.
