Cheapest source for multi band controller

Just wondering if someone could post a link to a site (in the U.S.) that sells the multi band controller at a decent price?

Thanks!

Haven't see a US dealer that dosen't appear to on crack when pricing them. eBay hasn't been much better.

The best I've found world wide:
http://www.hlj.com/cgi-perl/hljpage.cgi?TOM62960

Used and didn't get any bids at $12.00 +shipping.

tiberius: Thanks for the links! Yeah, there are a lot of US places, but their shipping is around $8 and the controller is usually around 20+

BTW, anyone out there have this controller and can comment on it's range?

oh yeah, one more thing: how much is shipping from HLJ? It doesn't seem to want to show the total without entering a CC number...

d@mn! that's bad news I had actually made my own multi-band controller from a microsizer controller and shen crystals, but the range wasn't very good (about 14 feet or so), that's why I was looking to get the "official" multi-band.

I wonder if adding a telescoping antenna would help at all?
I know it's a "passive" mod, but it helped my microsizer controller out a lot (compared the the lousy "whip" style antenna).
