My 3.8 didn't want to work at first. Then I got it working, when it's working, it has plenty of torque. Enough to run on some low shag carpet (car wont steer though

), and even do some off roading on my bed, and that's using stock 9.86:1 gearing, 12:1 is better. I like my 3.2 because it's nearly as fast as the 3.8, but acceleration is instant. The 3.8 takes a couple feet to reach full speed.
The endbell on my 3.2 gave out recently, and I miraculously managed to save it, with an endbell from a 1.0, but then last night my 3.8 stopped dead. This time the problem was not the endbell, but in the can somewhere. the Tomy motors are not coreless, so the only other coreless can I had was my 3.2, so I opted to sacrifice my 3.2 for my 3.8. I'm pretty bummed that I only have one fast motor now, but at least I have an excuse to buy a R-Spec now. Actually I think I'll get a another 3.2 too, because I loved that motor.
