Anyone successfully vhange to a 90 sec charge before. I wanted to try it and failed horribly. All the plans or pictures i found were nothing like the inside of my fairlady controller. Anyone have a picture of a fairlady controller inside with a 90 sec charge capacitor in it? Ive soldered and un soldered just about the whole inside of this controller tonite~
the pics they have are for regular bits only, the inside of the controller layout for the fairlayd and wild chars are a bit different i believe, at least the inside of my wild char-G is, i wouldve tried that mod on a cheaper clone first..ouch man, sorry cant help you salvage your fairlady, maybe somone else has the smarts i lack at the moment
I was able to get it back to the way it was, but had to resolder all the battery wires and about 4 other things. I did the telesope antenna to it as well. Works good and looks ok on the outside but the inside is a nightmare hehe but works. I have 2 of the same controller and mhz so not to worried. Just would enjoy the 90 sec mod i think
