Choro Q to Digi Q

I know this Question has probably been covered countless times but here goes.

I've noticed that a lot of people are swapping the Choro Q bodies onto the Digi Qs... is this pretty straight forward? I have a few Choro Qs and it would be pretty easy to start swapping bodies.

Any kind of step by step process on the web to show me how to do this?
