what the?
i bought at 2.6 mottor and it goes slower than the stock(2.2)motor. or i think it just accelerates slower. can some one tell my if it really does go slower
|

is it faster after it's done accelerating? i know my r-spec accels ok but once it really is up to speed it flies. try racing them side by side if you have a second bit. or time it if you only have 1.

i have motors from 10$ clones that beat it in torque acceleration and top speed.

my 2.6 is slow low end but top end it flies.

have you tried say...20 of them and picked out the faster ones?
for some reason, tomy 2.6 and 3.0s are very variable. It took me 6 of them to find the one that really works like a 2.6. Meh. i would get a slightly faster or slightly slower motor anyways. I dont like to deal with one just crapping out in the middle of a lap

Yeah I've noticed my two MS 2.6s are way slow top or bottom end.

I know what you mean!
I think the one thing I will order on line will be motors!
probably an assortment of the high-end ones if I can.
