easy way?

Couldn't you just switch the leads on the engine?
I figure re- soldering it would be the simple solution.

I fliped the leads on the one of my car before I found out that you could just turn the motor end bell around. But it is easier to flip and solder the leads. To turn the end bell you have to pry open the motor casing crimps off of the end bell and turn the end bell and then recrimp them with needle nose pliers.A lot more labor involved.

I got it now

You flip the case so that it will match the rotation of your other motors.... I just noticed that the wire leads go to contacts instead of directly to the motor. That makes sence now.
