I guess if it's rainging REALLY HARD and there's nothing to do, I just might maybe possibly try this game. Maybe it's just me but racing sounds a lot funner.

a nice deathmatch is playing it like a sumo match - put the bits on a slippery table with NO barriers. if a bit pushes another bit off or by bad driving falls off you know there is going to be some wincing lol!
and ive done worse than crack my Mach - as alot of you know by now i knocked one tailfin clean off lol.

To "total" someone's bit by just crashing another bit into it I'd say you would each have to be running R-specs with dual batteries and green gears (the ones in my signature, 3.43:1) at full speed into each other head on. Then MAYBE the body would shatter and the bit would die from the shock.
Then your friend beats you senseless and steals $30 from your unconcious body to replace the car you wrecked for a measly 5 points.

really these bodies are strong. my friend stepped on one of my cars hard and all that broke was the heat sink clip. by all means the whole thing should have been destroyed. the body was in perfect shape.
now i could see putting razorblades an spikes on the shells. that would be cool.

The sumo match is probaby the best idea. You could bring it a step further and do the whole show and drive it through courses of water, bowling, etc, etc.

Me and my family have been playing "Battle Bits" for a while. Same basic idea, try and knock your opponents off of a table. We run up to 4 at a time, and everyone puts some money down. Last one still on the table wins all the dough. Sometimes a car will fly off the table while pushing someone else off, in that case - the money rolls over to the next round. Bodies may be modified in any way, chassis must remain stock (except for motor and gears, which may be adjusted). Absolutely no "Wild Char-G" allowed, BCG and clones only! I run a KIT 2.6 motor and 12:1 gearing for torque.
My brother wants to fire up a Dremel with a cut-off wheel on it as one of the "hazards" of the arena. This could get expensive......

I use a Sen-Fa clone that needs a toothpick to hold the rear axle in. It was accidentally stepped on a while ago, so it is no great loss if it gets munched by the Dremel. I'm personally against the Dremel idea, but my brother wants to "spice things up" a little......
The most effective mod to the body is a little ramp mounted on the front to get under your opponents car and lift his rear wheels off the ground making it easier to push him off the table.

hey if you got a soldering iron take the toothpick out and melt the axle clip around the axle. heat it up slowly and evenly and push slowly. dont make it too tight. my friend did that to one of my cars and it runs better than new.the only drawback is you cant take the axle off anymore.
