Rare Earth Magnets

I went to Radio Shack and bought some Rare Earth Magnets. These magnets are very strong. I put them into by zip and they helped a lot. The one thing you have to look out for is to make sure the polarity is the right way. I suggest this mod to everyone.

the magnet is really good for drifting because if u take out all the wheels u can do wide turns and still have good control but its onyl good with a car fast enough. a stock wont work cuz it cant turn at all just using dual cell is fast enough

rare earth

I tried the rare earth mod on my dual cell zip, and it didn't work too well. It tended to "grab" the wheel and keep it there, overpowering the spring. I fixed it by just using a single magnet, very carefully centered, instead of the pair. the single magnet worked better than the one that was in there, and probably saved a little weight.
