need help finding cripple cap in a rev.7 controller

if this is in the wrong forum, please feel free to move it. i wasn't too sure if it would go under mods or here.

my brother has the yoshi big char-g, 45mhz, and the range is pretty bad. so i went ahead and took apart the controller to find out it was a rev.7 board and did not see a cripple cap on either front or back of the board.

anyone here who has a rev.7 board or the yoshi know if there is one or not?

The cripple cap is probably on the cars PCB.
