Rims........
I am new to this particular board. I just have 1 question. As you all know, the Impreza Micro, comes with the goldish rims. If I wanted to get the gearing sets, I have only found chrome rims, so it would look goofy with gold in front and chrome in rear. Is there a solution to this such as getting gold gearing sets, or chrome rims up front?

Throw a set of full size wheels on front, I'm not sure where you'd be able to get chrome small front wheels or gold wheeled gearsets. Kind of like some cars with black rims have trouble color matching their wheels when they upgrade.

Thx anyway!
Thx for your help, but are you sure that there arent any parts? Ill look again, but it just seems odd that Tomy/Hobbico didnt think about this before hand. I mean they are the ones that put the gold rims, they should make seperate axles for the Imprezas. Im gonna have to e-mail them or something so they can point me in a direction on what to do. Any more input from anyone is welcomed

Both Bit and MicroSizers gear sets come with chrome rims. I've never seen any of a different color.
Here's a few possible solutions:
1. You could always paint your rims. That way all four will match.
2. You could get some replacement front assemblies (knuckles & chrome rims) and switch them with the gold fronts. You car will now have chrome rims on all four corners.
3. You could remove the gold rims from your existing rear axle and remove the chrome rims from the new rear axle and do a swap.
(I don't recommend this though. Lots of possiblities for breakage! )
I'd go with either #1 or #2 depending if you want colored or chrome rims.
Personally, I like to paint my rims.

Thx alot guys!
Thx for all of your help! I guess I will have to leave it middle gear, but maybe ill try painting the rims later, or maybe ill try and get the gear off by hand and onto the other wheel (probably not this option tho) Anyway, thx alot to anyone who replies!

WOW!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Im so happy. As some of you know who read and replyed to this thread, I sent Hobbico an e-mail yesterday to see what they could do about my Impreza problem ^^^^^^^^^ (the main problem I had is up there first post) Well today they sent me an E-mail and this is what they said:
Thank you for your recent e-mail. I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your Microsizer. Well, what we can do is send you a new chassis with chrome wheels on the front! Please let us know if thats okay and what frequency you have! Please let us know! Thanks!
IM SO HAPPY!!! THEY ARE SO NICE TO DO THIS FOR ME!! Thx for all of your help guys!
