Boost is odd...

Un boosted it is slower than the same motor in a non-booster car.

Boosted it is faster than the same motor in a non-booster.

I think it's definately worth it. You can put a ZipZap NOS motor in it and it will be very fast without boost and super fast with boost. I say do it.

i don't think it will hurt the car. Mine arrived today. My mom is picking it up from her work which is where it was shipped to. I will have it in less than an hour!

i just got it a half hour ago. I ordered from toyeast. They arent like other hobby shops that rip you off on shipping. They charged my friends and I 15 bucks shipping for 3 cars, and that is how much money in postage they had to put on the box. Other hobby shops make you pay 8 bucks for 1 car

Go ahead and get the booster. I have a booster and my sibs have regular bits. Unboost is slower then theirs but boost is faster than theirs. It's perfectly ok on your engine and pcb nothing wears out faster. the only thing i've noticed is when i run boost the entire time (which i mostly do) my run time is shorter than theirs. Of course they have a 1.0 motor and i currently have a 2.2 motor.
