TinyRC State Embassies

TinyRC, I think yall should see about trying to set up some "Embassies" around the country. Perhaps a couple per state, depending on size and population. Or at least one per state. These could be run by willing people who supply the raceways, judge events, give out prices, take entry fees, etc etc..... At these "embassies" there would be held races, special events, and so on and so forth.

I know that something like this would cost a lot of money for yall to do, and I realize that yall probably don't have THAT kind of money. That's what I mean when I say that there are probably some people out there who are willing to supply their workshops, driveways, tracks, etc etc. in order to help out. You wouldn't have to pay these people, only supply some small consolation prizes.

Weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, whatever, I just think we should try and work something out where racers can get together and race.

Just an idea, but a very cool and much needed one. I'm sure we can get something together and worked out.......L8r

some of these rules may be changed depending on what TinyRC thinks.......

TinyRC will decide which person(s) of each Region of Competition will be the regulatory manager of that Region’s events and properties. If one wants to be selected, one must show proof of the below listed:

1. must provide efficient space for at least one Drag Strip and 2 regular racecourses.
2. must also be able to provide enough parking spaces to permit large bodies of people to easily park. No charge for parking.(may be amended for certain situations)
3. may not earn a profit of any kind with dealings of races, entry fee, etc. etc.
(items of convenience will be allowed; sodas, chips, etc etc)
4. must be able to provide proper toiletries for both male and female
5. must be willing to hold events until all events are finished(amount of time does not matter)
6. will receive an indicator proving that he/she is registered with TinyRC as that region’s manager.
7. May not change entry fee price w/out proper authorization
8. Must expect numbers of people to exceed 100, and must be prepared for this
9. May not allow use of alcoholic beverages; tobacco shall be permitted only in outside areas
10. Will be provided with certain items(prizes, gifts, sponsorship items) which will be decided at a later date.

TinyRC will not be held responsible for items broken, lost, or stolen from the managerial persons or anyone else for that matter.

ok ok...... those rules are harsh, so forget those... lol

i was looking them over, and i think there should be some changes

basically, somebody with a big driveway who is willing would be good....... but we still do need to have a Drag Strip and 2 race courses, because I mean, it wouldnt be very fun with just one course....


the 2 race courses: one oval, one road course(simple as that)

bathrooms: just have one that everyone can use

people making profits: up to TinyRC if they can or not

parking: up to the people holding the event

any other questions? this is still in the brainstorming phase, so it's still open to suggestions...... probably for quite some time........l8r

about the warehouses....... i know that was a joke, but if someone owns one or can use someone elses, that would be awesome

also, yall can help me out here, lol, i'm not the only one trying to make up rules and stuff, these are just ideas....... no one appointed me the Rules Maker Upper Person, lol....... so yall help me out with some ideas yall have.......l8r
