No it doesn't and all you have to do is buy the tune up set which comes with the drift wheels on stock gear set.

the ae86 tuneup box is crazy hard to find - better off with the project D set and buy a drift axle set from tinyrc!

thats whhat i was talking about teh project d kit i was looking at pics and it seems like it comes with a diffrent color hood orsomthign because in the pic ther is a white thing that looks like a hood if so that be cool cuz the inital d dvd's i got the car is mostly all white (i got stage 1,2 and 3) holfully i can get it for my b-day hehe january 18 here i come

Yeah it comes with two different hoods, one that's all white with the lights down and one that's all black with the lights up.

Maybe it is, locally, but i mean what do we hav the internet for? well you can try www.hlj.com if anyone is looking for the trueno tuneup set quite cheaply inc. shipping... but then again, what you said, get the project D set, then get the drift axel set off at tinyrc
