Easy Cheap Mufflers that look great!

ya I was looking every where to find a muffler or to make one since there too expensive and i realized that one of my die cast muscle machines little toy ( a greyish blue 70' cuda) it had to mufflers hanging out the sides well it looks beter with out them so i took em off amd used finger nail clippers which work great for cuting plastic well i cut them to shape and they have pegs on them that can fit on the car well i switch my shells alot and the mufflers are all diffrent to i made it real small and cut a square shape were the old plastic muffler and put the new one on with epoxyits still drying ill post pics later of finished product the cuda is only like $3 at like a target or wall mart there easy to get!

hey

plastic exhaust's suk. i had a telescopic antenna but it broke and some small metal tubes slid out.
they were perfect so i cut it to shape ans glued it on with supeglue.easy as pie.

here is the bio pen exhaust but then i squeezed the end to make them a bit flater.and i put som back underlow on it works wkd.

why do people think $3 for a muscle machine is cheap for the muffler??? ive never bought anything to use as a muffler before, and ive made about 6 kinds

My exhasut pipes are metal and costs 1.79 to make about 30 of them.

hey thanx for the pen tip exost i just did it as soon as i read your post heres the final result its on but im worryd since i did a single barrel instead of the stock double barrel exost it looks kinda funny? i could take two smaller pipes solder them together and do it that way i just rip the old one off tell me how you think it looks...

That exhaust is the size of an entire Skyline taillight.

Some of the ricers in my town have exhausts like that on their cars, and then I smoke em on the highway

I have an exhaust system on my car, but its not a 6 inch tip like these guys. 2.25 inch piping, so I have a 2.25 inch tip. Looks stealthy.

pen tips

I used pen tips, and they look great! It is a slight pain to remove the ink in the tip, but I just took a needle and took the ink out that was coming out of the tip. It looks real, because closer to the front of the body, it is thicker, and it then gets smaller where the tip goes into the ink-holder-thingy.
