150mah NIMH cell?
I bought a Microsizer a couple days ago and have been looking into getting a better battery for it. The only problem I see is that the stock battery (50mah) is nicd and the 150mah is nimh, now, what I need to know is will the microsizer controller charge the battery, or will it melt it? I've had bad luck with charging nimh on nicd chargers.
Any help will be appreciated

It'll charge it just fine. I use NiMH batteries on all my Bit Char-G cars. I usually double the charge time so I can run the car for a longer time between charges.
If you want to extend the battery charging time, see here:

i'm a bit confused, can you just pop in the new nimh battery and put the car on the charger logner than 45 secs and get more drive time, or do you need to install the nimh battery then put on a new capacitor or whatever to make the controller charge the bit longer than 45 secs? if so couldn't you just charge the bit for 45 secs twice? and get more time?

Don't make it harder than it is...
- Swap the the NiCad with the NiMH in the Bit
- Pop the Bit (with the new NiMH batt installed) on the charger
- When the charge light goes out (after 45 seconds), take the Bit off and put it right back on and charge again (for another 45 seconds)...If you so desire you can repeat this 1 more time for a total of 3 consecutive charges.
This is one of the MOST common upgrades for the Bits and NO problems have come of it.
