So take them back to Target. They have good customer service.. Remember that the customer is always right. Don't be afraid to make a scene. Hope this helps

Having once worked behind a cash register at a major retailer, I can confirm that when the customer starts getting pissed or loud, you, the cashier, do whatever it takes to end the situation as quickly as possible. You can say that you got it as a gift and just want to exchange it for a different frequency or something...

one of them i the wires on one side of the wheels in the front came off and the other the back piece that holds the heat sink broke

yes hobbico warranties them so you should first "complain" to them before returning the product.
