Here is an update on the progress of my ZZ van. Here are the pics:

For anyone that doesn't know already, these vans can be bought at BigLots for $1.00. (I have 4 of them now).
I had to Dremel the wheel wells to get it to fit. I also had to dremel a slot in the front grille. The rear of the van already had a slot but the length of the van was too long. I made a chassis extension (looks like a trailer hitch) out of a piece of a 3.5 inch floppy disk. I cut a small rectangle out and bent it into a Z shape. I put a small hole in one end then I removed the motor screw from the ZZ and put it through my extension. You can see it here:

It works perfectly. The extension keeps its shape but is still flexible - it keeps the body on solidly but will bend enough for removal.
I put 2 holes in the back to add taillights. I got them to work - I made a set of 2 taillights from 2 Turbo Racers that I posted about previously:

I'll be posting the details on the taillights soon.
Now I just have to figure out what I want to make the first van into: FedEx, UPS, SWAT, or a ZipZaps van (any other suggestions?). I may have to wait til after Christmas when I'll be getting a color printer so I can print graphics.
