Ratio Gears That Don't Fit...help
Hi, I bought a set of those ratio gear thingies (s-01) and I tried putting it on my Trueno. It doesn't fit and I'm wondering...why...someone help? Thanks.

Well, I hate to tell you this, but the gears don't work because they are for the Bit Racer cars, not the Bit Char-G cars. They can be modified to work, but A) they won't work very well and B) I don't know how to modify them because I've never tried it. I believe the proper gear set is GS-03.

you can modify it by filing down the spacer towards the inside of the right rim, you will know when your done if it snaps in place.
I just tried it today and I was told to use the white pinion gear with it, but in the end, not all the gears mashed properly.
but I wouldn't recommened it anyway.

Yeah, I tried it and the gears didn't fit. So I'm just using the white gear parts.

mine worked ok.only problem was it had too little acceleration.wasnt really worth my while.i used the red gear by the way.maybe u sanded the spacer a bit too much thats why it got too loose.
