Assistance with LED MOD please help a newbie
hey guys, i searched the net for a nice light mod not ur average switch type mod... this is what i found

try it can someone tell me what is going on with the RESISTERS... and what parts do i need this guy is Japanese and i dont knwo wht he is saying. even when translated... weird.
