problems with toys east
has any one else had problems with toys east
i bought a TOMY BIT CHAR-G BEST MILLION SPECIAL EDITION SET
and when i got around to checking them two of the motors did not
work so i emailed them and they said the motors were
"expendable goods" even though they didn't work stright out of the box, ok it took me a month to check them but they were still
faulty
if u had a problem with toys east how did u resolve it?
any way take this as a warning to anyone buying from them
check them strait away or dont buy from them

With anything that you purchase over the internet, you have to make sure that what you get works immediately after receiving the item. Many shops only have a 3-7 day policy and can't really do anything for you if you wait a month to try it out. You also have to check the terms and conditions of the site, if posted, to see what their return/exchange policy is. Some places won't even talk to you again after you've placed an order from them. Motors aren't that expensive, but I know how you feel. If you pay for something, you would expect it to work right out of the box. Good luck to you, maybe someone here will have an extra one and give you a free motor.

It seems that most of the UK members are having trouble with shipments from ToyEast. Maybe it's the carrier that they're using.

Hello,
When I got My FairladyZ (350Z), the motor was not turning too. I bent the motor contacts in the car chassis a little bit and it worked fine. Sometimes the motor contacts dose not contact properly

a drop of solder on the contact should fix it.
