TOY EAST info
I thought you might want to know I paced an order for $168 to Toyeast about a week ago and paid for express shipping, I have the Paypal receipt to prove it, Their check order page says "Payment not arrived yet" and they wont answer my emails. Just thought I would warn everyone.

I have emailed them 8 times for 3 days and they have not answered me. I bought from TinyRC and I got answers within an hour or so and my items were here in two days-Priority mail. Toyeast cant even respond to customers (repeated) emails! I give them an "F" on service.

I don't really know what to tell you. My emails are always answered within a couple hours. I do have an order with them right now that's taking a little longer than usual. I think they're bogged down because of Christmas shopping and the popularity of micro RC and the other stuff they sell.

I hope that is all the problem is. I dont have much income because I broke my neck in a car accident a whiple back and I cant work, so these mini RCs are what keeps me busy all day, I dont know what I would do if I didnt get the ones I ordered from Toyeast. Thanks for the replys, I feel better knowing that it could be a Christmas Slow Down.

I'm tellin' ya man. I'm happy with them and I know alot of other people here are too. About a month ago I ordered an LED headlight kit. Got here in 5 days. One of the bulbs was bad, so I emailed them. Within two hours I got a reply with a shipment # for my replacement bulb. THAT is customer service. 
I ordered some stuff about 2 weeks ago and haven't received it yet. I'm not sweating it though. Yet.

Do you qwn the Combat Digi Q tanks or Digi Q racers? I have the tanks and have had some problems,Im waiting on two more tanks and two cars, with the Propo SPECIAL controlers. You have any opinions on good mini RCs?

Well here's another reply for ya.
I ordered from toyeast on the 15th and today I come home and find 1 of those post office cards telling me to pick my package up at the post office. I'm not expecting anything else so this must be my supra.
The check order page said payment not recieved on the 16th so I emailed them, they didn't reply for a couple of days, but when they did they assured me that the package had been shipped and the payment recieved. The ship date was the 18th and the expected arrival date was the 30th.
Now I'm not sure if this is my supra at the post office but if it is then I'm real suprised, and happy, on the time it took to get here.

Ha! I wish I owned that stuff. I'm kinda new to this whole micro RC thing as well. All I have is modded LXX clone my dog ate and an Auto Modelista set on order. 
Oh yeah and I'm waiting on the H1 Hummer Micro from Toy East right now.
Those tanks look like a blast.

Have your order number and explain your situation.
I just went through my email and found the registered mail # and the package at the postoffice is my supra. God damn thanksgiving and my job for keeping me late today.

My friend ordered from them on Wednesday night and got his order on Friday morning. He paid up the butt for shipping, but they got it here as promised. Did you send the paypal payment to the right address?
