New Funny Shells out

RS finaly released in my area Spongbob/Patrict and grab today the Wild Thornberries. Cant miss the packages. They are huge!

Looking at both was think of a combo mod of removing the girl from the cover jeep and putting spongbob in place.

Wish they would come out with a Reptar waggon! Oh well!

Funny you mention the Myster Machine. A company called PlayingMantist had some diecast metal models. Munster Koach, Grandfathers Dragula and a Myster Machine. Body is two pice top and bottom. Found it at a local Walmart. Its heavy and better suited for a Bit than a ZZ.

Here is a unassembled shot of it.

Under 5 or 4 I think. Its a peg item. Saw it near the end of one of the rows of diecast cars Oh it made by PlayingMantis but has the Jonny lightning logo on the front. Need a pic of the box? Its kind of square. Holler if you do.

It even comes with a micro size philips screwdriver and four micro screws to go along with it.

When I was growing up it was 90% one rock wonder plastic models to a small precentage of real Matchbox cars. Hotwheels were not even around at that time.

Just for giggle here is the Wild Thornberry set.

Good luck on the search!

Oh The pic on the RS site make it look like the windows are transparent but the "bus" has no transparent windows. At least the Tomy bus had smoked windows.

Yep. The picture from RS site shows it with windows but the actual item is opaque. IE basical solid mustared color plastic. Be great to save some weight by cutting out the windows.

You cant miss the package. About the size of a carring case! And its hangs.

Would love a Reptar waggon. May put on "if time" hack list.

At least they included some intersting cones to race around or for me over!

I know RS is in it for the long haul. Would not supprise me one bit. Groan. How about a Jimmy Nutron rocketship?

Planing on a small town to run my Tomy bus around. Wonder if I need to add a Krusty Crab Burger joint to the place or a Driving school? A Pinapple or a rock would not be hard. Going to need to think on this. Was going to go with a BurgerKing but may switch.

Would not be too hard. Some old soup cans, a rock, Tiki figure and a cheeze plastic pinapple. Krust Crab would be the tough one. Mostly a bunck of foam sheets would do for the base. Hum.

Sorry. But without mods, I dont think so. The catch items are the mounts and the spacing of the wheels. If you trim out the wheel well and naybe get some extension it might fit. The "kit" is 8 dollars and may be worthwhile to hack. A Bit should have enough oomph to drive Patrict around. Spongbob would be easer to mod.

Also pull the Micro Blast Racer car I have. Its close in some ways to length of a ZZ. It not exact but with sone stuff may fit.

Thinking of creating a "cardboard box" to fit either a bit or ZZ with the boys riding inside like the epsode with the Box of Imignation.
