I just need some help on building my track. I just want to know what materials I should use for the walls, how big should the road be, and how big the entire track should be?
These are my opinions based on tracks I have seen.
Track width should be between 8 to 12 inches.
Overall width - 4 feet.
Overall length - 5 to 8 feet.
Size is up to you based on the room you have.
I am going to build a track that is 4 feet by 6 feet, with 10 inch lane widths. I will make a border around the edge that will be about 1 inch high to keep the cars from falling off the track.
