whoops???
well i just majorly screwed up! i was trying to take this paint job off because i had got it scratched and the thinner wasnt working this time so i tooka smudge of rubbing alcohol and it took the plastic off too! so i had like a huge clear spot so i was like ahhh screw it and started taking the rest off with alcohol... well i didnt realize that it was eating the plastic so it left finger prints all over it and deep gashes where my brush had been scrubbing! sob... i gotta get a new body now... any ideas on what to get?

Are you sure it was rubbing alcohol and not acetone or something similar? Rubbing alcohol shouldn't have caused near that much damage.

nail polish remover is acetone, not alcohol. It's the equivalent of paint thinner, in that it eats away plastic. Sorry bout your bit body.

Couldn't you just have lightly sanded out the fingerprints and smudges then repainted it?
