Hi first of all im wondering wat paint do the zip zaps use to give it a clear glossy look, and wat paint should i use to paint my zip zap? and do i paint from underneath or top of body?

you trying to paint on the Zip zap bodies?
or on lexan bodies?

Glossy Krylon should work. Add an extra clear gloss coat if you want to see off of it.

Do not use cheap spray paint, whether it says glossy or not.

...AND don't forget to pre-sand and add a primer first.

yea krylon is great I also use testors more expensive (I'm sure its just the name) but they have some cool colors. Very important follow the instructions on the can, drying time and recoat time are very important so is temp.
