Unfortunately the official Tomy 3.0 motor is red so your motor is a clone.
Thankfuly you don't need soldering iron to replace the battery, but you need to be very careful not to break the very thin copper wires.
And you don't need to modify your controller. You will charge it multiple times, about 4-5. You will find how many by testing.
