My cars, and my motor mod photo
Heres my stuff. Photo is from left to right:
my skyline GT-R set, my lancer, my skyline (one i raced at edgies, but with a few visual tweaks ), my spare skyline body, and in back my "bit-zap" (my rx-7 bit char-g and zipap fusion car, its steering arm is zipazp, its wheels and tires are zz, even has a zz battery in it [they are NiMH, although a weaker one])
In the upper left is what a few have been waiting for, my ZZ motor mod from left to right are photos showing what the things supposed to look like.
left is a 2.2 BCG motor
middle is a modified ZZ 'turbo' motor
right is a unmodified ZZ stock motor
that should be a good reference as to how the motor should look like when done. I would have had better pics but i still cant find hte battery charger and found a way to force my digital camera into taking pictures on a near dead battery

you can sort of make a viper out of an rx7 body, with some slight putty and sanding should do the trick...
and dont forget the side vents on the doors that will rock

Not to be cruel, but the EVO doesnt look like a viper to me, it looks exactly like my friends '02 Pontiac Gran Prix GTX dude.
if he seen that pic, he'd offer you prolly $100 outright for it! hehehe
i used to own that keyboard, now some junk yard does...it hated me.

Hehe, i race on the kitchen floor, learning to handle a 3.8 reasonbly with dust crudded tires does wonders for driving in better conditions (although it leads to me using too grippy of tires for the situation). My desk is almost always that bad.
the keyboard isnt too bad, takes getting used to the odd key placement, but other than that, its been a good board. I'd still love it if they made decent microswitch keyboards anymore.
I do work onmy mods on that desk though.... kinda why its so bad, i practically live at my desk
ive been thinking of making hte EVo more viper-esque but that will come later, and it wont be raceable. If i do, ill be using model car putty to do all the sculpting, and will change the securing method so the putty work doesnt crack. If and when i do choose to do that, i'll post update pics.

I plan on making my one skyline gt-r that came with my history set look like a GTO or something. And put a 3.8 Motor in there and I will rock!

Hmmm...my 1.35 cents (my 2 cents after tax)
sounds like a project to do on the 2000 gtr pullback car thats coming out soon! I also see a mustang mach1 when i look at it, or a dodge challenger. Heck with enough putty and snough disregard for good taste you caould make an 80's charger out of it (i know i should be shot for even saying it).
Or even an 80s camaro.
That body is prolly one of the most versatile as far as modding can go, since it shares so much in common with many cars.
now for some reason the regular skyline r-34 bodies (like my avatar) remind me of hte hatchback lx mustangs from 87-93. I'm still debating turning my clear body into a clone of my lx 2.3 stang, heh the bit would be faster than the real car
and i swear the BB is screaming f-150 lightning...put some black wheels on it, paint ei black and give it a full bed....lower if possible.
now the silvia body screams 80s bimmer or even a bentley depending on where you focus the mod work.
s-2000 could make a nice 90s SL series benz
lancer is kinda viperish, but to get the lines right would be a bit too hard to do and still keep it raceable, but it does resemble a 93 dodge colt, for reference the neon was a 93 colt with minor body changes, cause hte 93 colt bombed sales due to its bad name....look at one and hten a 94 neon, interior is hte same to the letter..only real diff isthe name and hte head/tail lights.
Sometimes I feel Tomy made the bodies like this to mess with our heads....after looking at their entire line now and seeing all that my heads feels like its gonna implode.
I have started a mod though, ive lightened hte daylights out of my white skyline body, and am now working on shaving as much weight as possible form the chassis, im looking to cut weight as far as possible...shave everything as long as it doesnt affect structural integrity beyond acceptible limits or affect anyhting electronic or mechanical. Once I get it done some pics might be on the way, but its still alongway off, i still gotta get some tools to do themore interesting parts my xacto knife cant reach and my dremel would fudge beyond all recognition.
