And BLWNSTNG races/drives a 93 Mustang with a Vortech blown 308 and a 00 ZX3 Focus. That's why I have the yellow Mustang ZZ. I even street(well tile)raced my buddy with the F&F yellow Civic. We both had the red motor/gear combo(I also have the rev/mod ). I walked all over him(naturally:he also owns a 99 Civic Si). LOL to all, Mike.

And Blake pilots a 66 Mustang Fastback (289) and a 96 GT, neither blown, but both hotrodded. I'm not sure theres a whole lot of room around here for an America Vs. Japan rivalry, especially since its just bodys snapped on a Chinese 1/64th scale chassis, but its still refreshing to know that not everyone around here is a teenager that has been tricked into thinking the Civic is God's gift to streetracing.
My ZZ is a custom-chopped 67 Shelby GT500. Sorry, no pics yet, but I'll let ya know.

hehehe
i had a 76 mustang cobra 2 with a naturally asirated 302HO pushing 367hp on the engine dyno, about 310 rear wheel i think.
i don't like stangs though, but the cobra 2 is very rare now a days. sold it to get more computers/parts...now i run a 2002 yellow Ranger edge...fun but no toy.

p-shaw. All you Mustang people.
You all know that a Civic four banger tubbed out with 20" slicks will run at least 10s on the quarter mile. And when I say at least, I mean literally _at_least_... probably closer to 18s
Nothing against Civics, they're great cars. They're just not great race cars. But then again, neither are the 4 cyl Mustangs.

Racing Imports
Mustangs may be good in a straight line but throw in some turns and they're screwed.
I had a stock '98 Acura Integra GSR that I used to race in SCCA. I would consitantly get better times on the road course than any of the Mustangs that showed up. Of course we raced in different classes so I never got wheel to wheel with a Mustang. But my lap times were always better.
BTW. My favorite Mustang is a Mach I.

this thread is funny but i have to add my 100% true story
i used to drive a truck and one night while bobtailing home(with out trailer) this little ricer pulled up by me reving his little engine with the coffe can exhaust any he looked up at me and for fun i looked back and gave him the go a head nod, he laughed and then the light turned green, aprently the car was just the muffler and twenty thousand stickers and one huge spoiler, i smoked him he never had a chance i mean i can smoke pick up trucks and family cars all day with my 600 cat, but this little white dude never had a chance
one more thing the oversized exhaust is supposed to improve preformance by creating less back pressure right? so why do you put four ich exhaust at the very end of a inch and a half pipe do you think six inches of four inch pipe will help?
any way this are toys right so i think we are all running rice burners, dang it
