Charging dNano battery

How long do you have to wait before charging again? I never find it even warm after a full run down. Can I put it right back on the charger? I use both the batter powered charger and the USB charger (both Kyosho brand).
Also, how many times can you charge in one day? Is there a limit that you practice to prolong the life of the battery?

I run a heat and put it on the charger in as little time as what it takes to get it out of the car and on the charger and charge at 2C.I try not to run them down completely.

Just like with any li-po battery. Once it starts to die down charge it back up.
