Tanks in real life use: What can they drive over, are they durable?
Hey, thanks for the great forum. I have been all over it, and still two more questions are un-answered.
What can the tanks drive over? I know they are small, so am not expecting much. Maybe a loving owner could submit an actual action shot of their tank climbing onto a ? mousepad ? over an open book?
How long have you had your tank? (Days / recharges) Are you still happy with it? How is it and the remote holding up? Are you too busy playing with it to post an answer, or go to work?
Finally, any advice for us people still without tanks?
Thanks a ton!
Colin

the tanks are worth it, since none of my freinds wanted one, i'm playing by myself and it's not as fun as i would imagine(a battle) but it's still fun, it can climb over ALOT of stuff, i guess that's what sets it off from other micro cars, it can climb over my eclipse gum packet, guitar picks, pens(if the charge is still strong) and magazines and stuff, i also drove it on my keyboard, that was pretty fun, it's well worth it, but hopefully they'll improve the tank in the future, i've notice one of the motors are stronger than the other, and one is louder

Tanks in real life use...
Hi,
Thanks for your replies!
Have either of you tried the techniques mentioned on this forum for lubing the gears of the tank? That may be the cause of one motor seeming stronger than the other. (But hey, I don't know... I don't have one yet!)
Sounds like your tanks can climb pretty well. Very cool.
How long have you had your tanks? Months / re-charges?
Thanks,
Colin

How long do you have yours...
hi everyone,
I´m new at this forum. I have my two tanks (T34 / Panther) for about 3 weeks. Charged them about 50-60 Times. It is so cool, when friends of mine come around, we go in the living room, take some DVD´s or something else, work out a short playing arena and battle till dawn. You can even fire if you are higher then the opponent. For example, if you put two big books on the floor, place a DVD as a ramp, you drive on the books, figure out where the other tank is and shoot. At a distance of 1,5 - 2 feet you will hit `em. I try to start modifying the russian one, decals, little details. When i´m ready I will post pictures.
Greeting from germany to the US
Joe
