zipzaps tire/wheel packs?
i have nothing to go off from other then ebay so are these actual wheels or just hub caps?

They are groups of wheels and hub caps. Along with those are wheel spacers that allow you to put double wide tires on.

Hubcaps, wide rim spacers, and tires.

No wheels. Wheels are either mounted on the car, or in the performance kits with the gears
