making custom rims

I WAS WONDERING HOW CAN I MAKE CUSTOM RIMS? can i paint them, if so wich color would go better for a white supra?

i think black rims would look pretty nice with the white and u can buy black six star rims...

thats up to u but personally i like a black/carbon fiber look on most cars....
