At the LHS I manage, we had one of these come in as a customer trade-in along with some vintage Kyosho 1:20 scale buggies (he got a new Tamiya Hi-Lift, so we hooked him up pretty well).
Anyway, I initially nabbed this for myself, but I have so many toys right now, I think we'll just put the stuff up on ebay. But BEFORE I do that, I thought I'd post this uber-rare KEYENCE car and see if any hardcore collectors wanted a crack at it first. I'm open to offers. Please don't lowball it - if you know what it is, you know it's worth a few bucks. The previous owner imported it from France a while ago for $350.
Here are the details:
KEYENCE MAD TUNE T-311 1/70 scale micro Toyota Celica GT-R (red) in original box. The car has been tested to confirm operational status, but the primary antenna has never been installed and everything is pristine/new-in-box shape. Unused decal sheet, paper race course and info sheet included. There is one small flaw on the box (pictured) but this 15-16 year old item generally looks like it came of the shelf last week.
For those not familiar, this is a FULLY PROPORTIONAL micro car - something so far ahead of its time, we STILL don't really have anything quite this good at this scale.
