plasmatomic motor?
Could any1 tell me what a plasmatomic motor is, what it's good for, and how to make it?

It's a Plasma Dash armature in a Atomic Ball Bearing case. Keep the Plasma Dash magnets in for speed or put the Atomic Neo Magnets for torque.

Not sure. If you have any hobby shops around you it wouldn't to take a look.
