My Crawler
this is my crawler. the mods its got done to it are: red steering mtor, softer springs, four gear gear box, weights, 6 tooth pinion, lowerd 1mm, tummy clearnce, "skid plate", and articulation mod. next will be three cell battery and tires. picturs are too big to work on here so click the link to see

Wow!
Nice articulation!
I just finished a bunch of mods to my Monster Herbie crawler, but I can see where legthening and articulation is going to make for better rock crawling.
Great stuff! I love seeing this stuff!

yah thanx, the articulation mod helps alot, now it crawles over my old course like nothing. i reely recomend this mod. it involves some time but is totaly worth it

I have a guinea pig-mobile cut up at this point, but my main questions are:
How do you keep it from wobbling on the articulation points
and
Doesn't the torque tend to spin one section under load
If I can't get past those concerns then I might have to pass on this mod.

Most use either tiny bearings, or sleeve the driveshaft, or both.
